Payments

We accept payments via Pay Pal and Bank account payments.

PayPal

Please have in mind that it is not a must to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment.

There is an option for the non PayPal members to pay by debit or credit card.
You will receive a payment request to your e-mail once we confirm and finalize the order.

In case you are not registered on PayPal there will be instructions how to pay by credit or debit card

Bank account payments

Our Bank account payments are being transfered via "Transferwise" so you will not have to make an international bank account transfer but payment to a local for your country bank account.

Shipping

***WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE*** and offer both Standard delivery and Express delivery.

Standard delivery

The standard delivery orders are being shipped via tracking air mail service. You might check the tracking code of the package on the web site of your national post service provider * once the package is being registered on the territory of your country!

The estimate delivery time after shipping is as follows:

Europe: 5-7 business days
USA, Canada: 7-10-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 15 - 20 business days

NOTE: There might be delays during the holiday seasons and also due to custom procedures in some countries.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages that were returned to us because address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be re-shipped by us (after re-confirming all the details with you) but we will need to charge an additional shipping fee.

The registered mail always requires signature upon delivery. If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to us.

LOST PACKAGES
In a case of a lost package we will re-make the item/s and ship them again to your address

NOTE that all customers are responsible for the customs and duty fees, if they apply.

SHIPPING FEES

The shipping cost depends on the weight and the destination. Most common fees are 7 Euro (1 item) & 12 - 15 Euros (2 items).

Express delivery

Our Express deliveries are being serviced by DHL.

The estimate delivery time after shipping is as follows:

Europe: 1 business day

USA: 2 business days

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia: 2-3 business days

The shipping cost depends on the weight and the destination.

Most common fee for 1 item is 20-25 Euro.
