If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible!

We'll do our best to find the best solution!

We accept returns of custom made items only in the following cases:

- The measures of the item/s you received don't refer to the measures you sent us.

In this case we will accept the item/s for alteration (if possible) or re-make them and of course cover the additional shipping.

- There is a problem with the sewing.

You can choose either to have the item/s re-made or a refund.

- There is a defect of the fabric.

You can choose either to have the item/s re-made or a refund.

* In case the measures of the received item/s refer to those you sent us but the clothes don't fit - we can accept a return for alteration but we will have to charge you an additional fee for the service + additional shipping fee.

NOTE that: - Shipping costs are not refundable.

In case of a return: the items should be returned in their original condition (unworn, undamaged and unwashed). Items should be returned by registered post and proof of posting should be retained.

Refunds and exchanges are made after we receive back the item/s.

Please, keep in mind that colors of images may look slightly different because of the specifics of your computer.

To avoid delays or unnecessary fees due to custom procedures, items are declared at a low value.

When returning a purchase, please declare it the same way!
